Hi,
Just had to give you an update on Molly. She's the sweetest and
smartest puppy. Do I sound like a new mom? They always think their
kids are the cutest and smartest.........
We took her to the Bradshaw Clinic in Elk Grove yesterday. This is
the nicest place - its 25 miles from here, but they took such good
care of Mike and Paige's dog, Meg, when she was so sick. She was a
BIG hit. All the people there came to look at her as no one had ever
seen a CorgiPoo. They all raved about how cute she was.
The vet examined her and said she was in excellent health. She said
she must have come from a great kennel as she was so friendly and well
adjusted. She said it was within the five day window so she gave her
the parvo shot. She didn't like that at all but they gave her a doggy
treat and a stuffed squeaky toy so she got over it right away. She
also put her on a pill I will give her once a month for heartworms and
fleas. Its called Sentinel.
I just can't believe how quickly she's learning to potty outside. The
last two nights we've put her in her crate at around ten o'clock.
She's gone right to sleep, started whining around 2:30, I've taken her
out and she's gone potty right away. I put her back in her crate and
she's gone right back to sleep until 6:30. Can't ask for anything
better than that.
You've been so great, we'd recommend this kennel to everyone. We have
a digital camera, but I don't know how to send pictures with an
e-mail. I'll have to learn now that we have Molly. I'll send
pictures later.

MYLES (AKA "TANK") Dear Julie, Just wanted to let you know that Tank arrived safe and sound! We are 100% in LOVE with him! After we picked him up from the airport, we took him over to the groomer to get a bath, and he came out looking SO handsome - very fluffy and like a bear cub! He instantly warmed up to Travis, and he was actually playing fetch with a tennis ball with him in the kitchen! Very smart if I do say so myself! We've got his kennel all set up, and he's actually in there right now trying to go to sleep. (I'm sure he'll sleep hard tonight.) He cried for a little bit, but he's all settled in now. We are so happy to have him join our family, and we thank you for taking such good care of him. We couldn't have asked for a better adopting experience! Take care,
